Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026

Finch Book ("Finch") is a booking platform operated by Lite Work Designs LLC. By creating an account or booking through a Finch page you agree to these terms.

What Finch is

Finch gives independent professionals ("providers") a booking page, payments, scheduling, video sessions, classes, and growth tools. Providers run their own businesses: the services sold through a provider's page are offered by that provider, not by Finch. Finch is the software between provider and client.

Payments

Client payments are processed by Stripe or Square through the provider's own account — money for bookings goes to the provider directly, and Finch takes 0% commission on it. Refunds, reschedules, and disputes for services are between the client and the provider, subject to the provider's stated policies (deposits, no-show rules, and similar). Payment processing is also subject to Stripe's or Square's terms.

Subscriptions & add-ons

Providers pay Finch a subscription for the platform, plus optional monthly add-ons. Add-on purchases take effect immediately and are non-refundable; canceling an add-on or subscription stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. The agreement shown at add-on checkout is part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Finch only for lawful purposes. Providers are responsible for their own content (photos, posts, listings), for honoring booked appointments, for their own tax and legal obligations, and for having the rights to anything they upload or schedule for publishing — including content posted to their connected social accounts.

Prohibited uses

Some things are banned outright, with zero tolerance. You may not use Finch to offer, advertise, or arrange sexual or escort services of any kind, including coded or disguised listings. You may not use Finch for the exploitation of any person, and we have zero tolerance for human trafficking in any form. You may not involve minors in any unlawful way. Violating this section means immediate termination of your account and referral to law enforcement — no warning, no refund. How we screen, review, and act is described in our Trust & Safety policy.

Reviews

Review invitations go to clients after completed appointments. Reviews reflect the client's opinion; providers can reply publicly but cannot edit or remove reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful, hateful, or fraudulent.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using Finch anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for others. Where reasonable, we'll warn first.

Disclaimers & limits

Finch is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lite Work Designs LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid Finch in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the acts of providers or clients, or for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Finch after a change means you accept it.
