Trust & Safety at Finch Book
Finch Book exists so independent professionals can run honest businesses. Keeping the platform safe is not negotiable.
What's never allowed
These have zero tolerance on Finch Book — no warnings, no exceptions:
- Sexual services. Advertising, offering, or arranging commercial sexual services of any kind, including coded or "massage-plus" listings.
- Exploitation. Using Finch to coerce, control, or profit from another person's labor or body.
- Human trafficking. Any activity connected to trafficking — recruiting, advertising, transporting, or facilitating it in any way.
- Harm to minors. Any sexualization of minors, any involvement of minors in unlawful activity, full stop.
How we enforce it
- Screening. Public listing text (profiles, services, classes, posts) is screened automatically for solicitation and trafficking-related language.
- Human review. Every screening flag and every report is reviewed by a person — automation queues review, people make the call.
- Immediate suspension. Accounts that violate these rules are taken offline immediately and permanently removed.
- Law-enforcement cooperation. We preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement, including reporting child sexual exploitation to NCMEC where required by law.
How to report
Use the form below, or the "Report this page" link in the footer of any Finch booking page and video session. You can report anonymously — an email address is optional and only used if you want a follow-up. Every report goes straight to our team and is reviewed.
