Delete your data

You can have your Finch Book account and the personal data attached to it deleted at any time. Here's how.

Delete your account & data

Email bookings@finchbook.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account," or send the same request through the contact form. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deletion removes your profile, photos, posts, and personal details. Transaction records we're legally required to keep (for tax and accounting) are retained in minimal form for the legally required period, then erased.

Connected Facebook or Instagram accounts

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account for post publishing, disconnecting it in your dashboard immediately deletes the access credentials Meta issued to us. You can also remove Finch Book from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Business integrations), which invalidates our access on Meta's side; any stored credentials are purged on our next sweep. Requesting account deletion (above) removes them as well.

Clients of a business that uses Finch

If you booked with a provider through Finch and want your booking history removed, email us at the address above. Note that your provider may keep their own records of your appointments outside Finch.
